I want to look for a diecast crane model for a relative for Christmas. I don’t want to spend the national budget on it. Is there a good brand?

completely unrelated but recently ordered a Dell Precision T1650 workstation and it came today. It’s quite nice, especially for $100 shipped!

I’m not sure about diecast, but here’s a plush crane.

Here’s a metal crane, but I’m afraid it’s a bit pricey

What kind of crane are we talking about? Wheeled, tracked, or stationary?

Siku makes some amazing die cast cranes. They're spendy, but not crazy expensive.

Bruder makes some nice plastic cranes and construction toys. Not die cast, but good to play with, or even display if you like.

Cool. The Precision laptop you pointed me to is the bomb.

Wheeled, I suppose.
